·       Provide blockchain and AI architecture solutions to meet business requirements.

·       Programming and Optimizing rust / wasm-based smart contracts

·       Developing decentralized high-performance systems

·       Working with virtual machines used by modern blockchains: Web Assembly, EVM,

COSMWASM

·       Address security aspects of blockchain and AI application development.

·       Define best practices and assist engineers in executing projects with the highest quality.

·       Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues related to blockchain, AI applications, servers, and networks.

·       Make informed decisions regarding architectural choices, considering trade-offs and associated risks.

·       Implement strategies to reduce technical debt and control blockchain and AI projects.

·       Understand agile methodologies and have experience with scrum development processes.

·       Strong knowledge of microservices and modern architectural paradigms is essential.
