Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily schedules and appointments for the executive teamRespond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and lettersCoordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportationOrganize and maintain physical and electronic filing systemsSupport various teams within the organization as needed, including but not limited to HR, finance, and marketingPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentationsManage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restockingPlan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferencesQualificationsBachelor’s degree required (any)Minimum 1 years of relevant experience with administrative support to the company’s daily operations.Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteAttention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamEducational QualificationsBachelor’s degree required (any)Age – up to 30 YrJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bannerghatta Rd, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8450901046
