UI/UX DesignerDo you have a passion for creating user-centric experiences? Are you skilled in crafting beautiful interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use? If so, we want to hear from you!We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire user experience, from understanding user needs to designing and implementing user interfaces.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Develop user personas and user journey maps.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Create user-friendly and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) that align with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure UI design adheres to accessibility best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring design concepts to life.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 to 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for creating user-centered designs.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
