Looking for Service Advisor for automobile industry (For premium segment)

Qualification- ITI/ Dip / BE/ B.Tech. in Mechanical

Experience- Minimum 3 to 4 yrs.

Prefrably from premium segment.

Role & Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome customers.
• Open repair order, refer vehicle history.
• Provide cost and time estimate, verify for campaigns.
• Keep customer informed about progress of work or change in schedule if any
• Coordination with floor & quality controller.
• Invoice explanation, parts replaced explanation.
• Help customer to make payments for services.
• Clean car check verification.
• Help in vehicle pick up when customer comes to take delivery
• Customer F2F.

CTC- Negotiable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
