- Minimum 1 yr experience as Quality Analyst (BPO).
- Need Graduates.
- Must have experience in chat and email auditing.
- The candidates must have knowledge of call center metrics, CRM, and Customer Service, hands-on experience with 7-QC tools, and the difference between feedback and coaching.
- Night shifts with both side cab service are provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹450,000.00 – ₹650,000.00 per year
