Roles and Responsibility
Responsibilities
Requirements analysis, Design, Estimation ,Complex code Implementation, Debugging
Technical review of work product
Customer facing and relationship building skills
Technical interface for specialized topic
Creating a platform for the projects
Training, Mentoring and Guiding team towards better productivity and maturity of the product
Support management in business development in terms of future trends and recruitments and responsible for creating the framework
Passion for engineering and deep embedded Skills
Ownership of the project/product
Estimation of activities.
Debugging & resolution of issue during integration
Test bench setup and performing integration/system and acceptance testing.
Delivering the software as per the set quality std.
Training, Mentoring and Guiding juniors towards better productivity and maturity (Embedded, Debugging, AUTOSAR BSW and ASW)
Requirement:
Excellent working knowledge in “C” programming language
Excellent Knowledge of Autosar Layered Architecture
Excellent working experience in integration of Autosar Stack, MCAl porting, Application integration , OEM specific pre integration , Stack qualification.
Excellent working experience in designing of requirement using tools (e.g. Enterprise Architecture )
Hands on experience on 32/64 microcontroller ( Infineon Tricore/PowerPC) and driver
Hands on experience in testing tools (ex. CANoe,CANape etc.)/debuggers(Trace32,iSystem)/emulators
Expert level experience in Communication protocol CAN/J1939/ Flexray /LIN/ Ethernet
Excellent debugging and analytical skills
Working experience with different Software process methodologies (e.g. V cycle , waterfall model, agile)
Hand on experience in using Autosar Configuring tools e.g. EB Tresos, Vector Da vinci, ETA
Knowledge in configuration management tools (SVN, Clear case, MKS, Synergy)
Knowledge of standards such as ISO26262, Automotive SPICE
Knowledge on OEM specific Requirement Engineering
