Position Summary

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Two years or more of previous professional graphic design experience. Large corporate or high-tech background preferred.

• Experience in a consulting or corporate environment, with an understanding of business communication and client service, will be an added advantage.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas and data in a visually engaging manner.

• Collaborate with consultants to understand project requirements and create tailored visual solutions.

• Edit and polish existing slides to enhance visual appeal, clarity, and impact, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.

• Create custom graphics, charts, infographics, and diagrams to illustrate key points and data trends.

• Ensure consistency with branding guidelines and design standards across all presentation materials.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure all presentations are error-free and meet the firm’s expectations.

• Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices for visual communication and presentation design.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and ThinkCell, with advanced skills in creating and editing slides.

• Strong graphic design skills, including a solid understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory.

• Ability to create custom graphics, charts, and infographics that enhance data visualization and storytelling.

• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all presentation materials.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants to understand and meet their needs.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and software advancements to continuously improve presentation quality.
