Description:

*He/She will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

*The Alila Host- Reservations is responsible to help in managing the smooth functioning of the Reservations Department and work closely with the Sales and Front office Departments to help maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

Qualifications:

*Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

*Minimum a year or less, of work experience as a Reservation Assistant in larger operation.

*Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
