Summary

Works closely with the Operations and field team

Collect data from various internal and external sources to prepare analytical reports that support decision making

Work with colleagues from other departments and hotel colleagues as necessary to collect and summarize data

Maintain an organized database of all collected information to ensure efficient and effective data retrieval and reporting

Sending out daily, weekly, and monthly reports to various stakeholders

Keep updated on industry and market trends

Responsible for making travel arrangments for the Operations team

Responsible for setting up meetings for the Operations team
Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills
