Duties
Greet and welcome customers and direct them to appropriate bank staff.
Notify appropriate staff when visitor with an appointment arrives.
Oversees and maintain waiting area, keeping it stocked with brochures, deposit slips and withdrawal forms.
Answer customer questions and provides General INFORMATION on Banking service and Policy.
Follow UP on minor customer issues.
Performs clerical and Administrative services for branch staff as needed.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to promote a positive image of the bank.
Proficient with MS office suite and other similar Software.
Ability to type 40words per minute.

Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹19,000.00 per month
