Hyrefox Consultants Hiring for Citation Expert at Remote Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be the citation expert for all the citation products that Chegg currently owns

• Go through the style guides of a style to create a CSL file for the addition of a new style

• Provide inputs for any citation-specific formatting errors that we have on our site

• Perform weekly sanity checks of Citations on our sites including the following:

o Format of the citation generated

o Fields that our Autocite API returns

• Capture the findings of the sanity check and capture action items for the same so that we can fix any issues

• Basic understanding of XML to updated the CSL files.

• Goals for the person:

o Completing biweekly citation sanity checks across all our sites and covering all the test cases

o Accurately capturing the gaps in the citations generated by our sites during the sanity checks

o Providing inputs for the user-reported issues within the given SLA

o Providing inputs to create CSL file for a new style within the given SLA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
