– Should have worked on US calling process
1. Directly clients call as necessary to resolve stuck issues identified.
2. Respond responsibly and effectively to at least a certain section of Zendesk tickets or chats EVEN BEFORE our US team shows up at 8 am. (Eg New Damage claim. Respond: So sorry, Pictures plz)
3. Be an analyst of our processes, sense opportunities for process improvement and automation
4. Support excel work, support Website and other marketplaces.
