Scripting, programming skills/languages

Responsibilities:

• Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client.

• Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.

• Strong understanding on processes work flows

• Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Be familiar with Agile Development practices

• Be able to plan and estimate for development tasks

• Practical experience in managing the internal and external infra security

• Proven data analysis and problem solving skills

Skills:

• Create templates and code (Infrastructure as a code) to automate the solution delivery and deployment into Azure Cloud for a wide range of technologies across Linux and Windows platforms.

• Advanced PowerShell and Shell scripting and application development experience

• Experience of cloud systems preferably MS Azure Additional advantage with knowledge on Terraform Ansible Chef.

• Strong knowledge of configuration management process using software such as Ansible, Chef or Terraform.

• Build and Administer resources in Azure Cloud for Development, QA, and Production environments.

• Strong scripting and task automation skills utilizing Python, Perl, Ruby, Java, or PowerShell.

• Have strong Unix / Shell and Windows / Powershell scripting skills

• Automation experience will be an added advantage.

• Practical experience in monitoring and tuning to provide a high availability service.

• Good understanding on Terraform, Packer, Ansible Chef, etc. orchestrators.

• Experience with Cloud migration from on premise to public clouds like AWS and Azure
