Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Have to respond to US Chat process.
- Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using the agreed-upon procedure.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
- Basic knowledge of computer software and office system.
Must Require-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- International voice and chat process experience
