As a Customer Relationship Manager for an Education Consultancy, your main responsibility will be to ensure that the company’s clients are satisfied and their needs are met. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing their accounts, and providing them with personalized advice and assistance throughout their educational journey.
Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their educational needs and goals Provide personalized advice and assistance to clients regarding their academic choices, such as course selection,
college selection, and career planning Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Manage client accounts, including scheduling appointments, tracking progress,
and maintaining accurate records Collaborate with other team members to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and effective services Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their educational needs Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase the company’s customer base and revenue Provide regular feedback to management on the quality of the company’s services and the effectiveness of its marketing strategies
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or education Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred Knowledge of the education industry and the admissions process for colleges and universities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the industry If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals, we encourage you to apply for this position
