1) The Sales Manager leads a team of Team Leaders.
2) He is responsible for channelizing and focusing the team’s efforts towards achieving set goals and targets.
3) The Sales Manager plays the role of a mentor for his team and grooms them.
4) He is responsible for the proper conduct of his team with customers to ensure customers have a delightful experience during the entire customer journey.
5) Provide propor training and mentoring for various aspects to improve the business efficiency.
6) Responsible for converting the leads with the proper lead management.
Ideal Candidate: Candidates with 5 to 6 years of Supervisory experience with the relevant industry.
