We started back in 2016 as a small 5-member team incubated from PSG STEP and have now grown to 110+ members. Our customers are predominantly Top IT Firms and Universities across India. They use our various products for their IT up-skilling and AI proctored assessment needs.Responsibilities: Financials – Petty Cash Management, CAPEX/OPEX cost management, recurring services PO’s, vendor s payments, actuals & accruals, forecast/provision preparation for the facility.Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, security standards & building compliance to meet government regulations.Co-ordinate with different teams and organisation leaders and come up with the process to address their admin related requirements.Lead and manage a small team of admin executives.Operation & maintenance of Electrical, Air-conditioning, internet connectivity, CCTV, other types of equipment & ensure business uptime.Identifying & onboarding service vendors under the most cost-effective contracts/SLANegotiating Annual contracts/Agreements during renewals with all service vendorsTo liaison with concerned Govt. agencies and compliance and keep records of their evaluations.Managing employee well-being projects/eventsMaintaining Land Lord related matters, documentation and follow-upEnsuring effective security operation, compliance, and training at offices/sitesAdministering complete travel & accommodation management systemAuditing all admin processes to enhance service qualityOversee and ensure that Internal and External Audit requirements are met and complied withWorking on projects & planning cost optimizationArrange for business cards, brochures, standee, etc in line with the request from the business teamsMaintaining Pantry services at the office – beverages, snacks, lunch, EtcTraining & development of the support staff for better performancePlanning & support corporate events, business meetings & launches, team outings, EtcManaging guest houses/hostels/employee accommodationsMonitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.Active coordination with the Leadership Team for Strategic Business Planning, implementation, crisis management, etc.Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis Creation.Handle infrastructure projects such as renovations, new office/branch setup, EtcDesired Candidate ProfileGraduate with at least 8-10 years of experience as an Admin Manager in a corporate office.Hands-on experience in handling multiple infrastructure projects from the stage of conception to handover to the business (preferably 10,000+ Sq. Ft of carpet area)Handled day-to-day admin operations of office/premise at multiple locationsIn-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.Familiarity with financial and facilities management principlesProficient in MS OfficeAn analytical mind with problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesA team player with leadership skillsA patient and calm personality who knows how to plan ahead and think long term.Perks: 5 days a weekMedical InsuranceFlat org structureFlexible timings and leave policyJob Type: Full-time
