Full Job Description
Maintain Directors’ agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.Attend meetings and keep minutes.Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.Requirements and skillsProven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative roleProficient in MS Office.Excellent organizational and time-management skillsOutstanding communication and negotiation abilitiesIntegrity and confidentialityDegree in business administration or relative fieldJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8589996609
