Your Role and Responsibilities

• Analysing the customer’s Integration Requirements

• Onboarding customers & trading Partners

• Creates communication setups

• Configuration of document navigation flows and testing

• Completion of deployment in Test and Production

• Extend Help to other Subject Matter Experts as needed

• Works with Customers & Trading Partners, Project Executives, Sales and stakeholders

• Helps us in navigating through RCAs and Customer Escalations

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4 to 10 years of relevant Industry Experience.

• At least 4 Years of Sterling Integrator Experience.

• Ability to Analyse, design, and Implement EDI transactions

• Familiarity with various EDI Standards like ANSI, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS etc.,

• Experience working in Production B2B Systems, ensuring error free implementations

• Primary point of contact for Implementation using Sterling B2B Solution deployed on SaaS.

• Ability to Work independently with customers, suppliers, sales, and business.

• Ability to Manage/coordinate EDI onboarding including Basic project planning.

• Ability to Setup, test and managing new migration upgrades to Go-Live

• Good Experience in EDI document tracking and maintaining trading partner relationships and setups.

• Ability to work with customers and drive adoption.

• Responsible for troubleshooting of all EDI transaction errors.

• Strong customer service skills and proven ability to work with internal support and externally with customers.

• Strong Communication and Soft skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Demonstrated in-depth experience with EDI software infrastructure, mapping business procedures and data communication systems.

• Perform support and troubleshooting tasks for multiple business applications.

• Provide work effort and time estimates for development work needed to support enhancements and projects.

• Participate in business requirements definition and documentation.

• Assist with training and rollout plans for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.

• Work closely with the Mappers to analyze and verify all data results to ensure a successful Implementation.

• Coordinate efforts of users, vendors and other team leads to determine root cause of issues and lead the escalation process for resolution.

• Provide business and technical specification documents in accordance with established standards and procedures, adhering to project plans and time management.

• Preferred Experience of having worked on SAP EDI configuration including IDOCs mapping and Workflow.

• Work cross-functionally to define implementation design and functional requirements definition.

• Perform migration and implementation for Value Added Networks (VAN)

• Responsible for the documentation of the functionality of the solution, the testing requirements/test plans, and the validation of the solution.

• Act as a liaison between client, partners and stakeholders.
