Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Intelligent Automation consultant you will specialize in providing innovative solutions to clients to solve their automation challenges & help them modernize their business oeprations and processes by applying state of the art technologies for Business Automation, whether on-premise or on-cloud deployments.

As a consultant for Digital Business Automation you will be responsible for driving new opportunities, creating new solutions & offerings, delivering client outcomes using IBM CloudPak for Business Automation suite like WDG-Automation, Process Mining and related tools & technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• A degree in computer science, engineering or a related field

• 6+ years of development experience with 3+ years in Intelligent Automation

• Experience in implementing enterprise level IA solutions using tools such as: BluePrism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Workfusion,

• Deep understanding of Software Development life cycle process

• Experience with software development methodology such as Waterfall, Agile, etc

• Experience in implementing or supporting 2 – 4 end to end automation projects

• Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills

• Must be very comfortable to collaborate with highly skilled IBM Experts and client teams to deliver and implement Intelligent Automation strategy including the design, build, test and deploy stages.”

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Dedicated and visionary in approach to actively drive automation strategies and process mining

• Experience with Process Mining and or process discovery tools – Myinvenio,

• Experience with integrating/building APIs

• Ability to apply strong business consulting acumen and statistical/technical background to solve business problems.

• Ability to support automation opportunity identification and prioritization, including definition of target state processes and assessment of business benefits.

• Identify areas of the business that can be optimized to build process pipeline for our customers

• Support development of automation strategies, including target operating model establishment or CoE

• Ability to facilitate complex discussions

• Experience and ability to collaborate with senior client staff to workshop, analyze and optimize business processes “
