Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
You are organized, efficient and comfortable to work across departments to align teams, execute initiatives, and improve processes to ensure the Business is run efficiently and effectively, You will build strong partnerships and working across internal and external teams to constantly improve key business metrics. You are a flexible and resourceful team player that can thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment and with US based team.

Responsibilities include:

• MIS – Reporting and tracking of Projects, staffing, financials, billing, SLAs,
• Forecasting and other key business metrics in business plan versus actual
• People, Process, & Tools – Assess and understand end-to-end process for better efficiencies and effectiveness and establish best practices
• Help the leadership in skill enhancement and capability building of the group
• Project Management: Excellent execution of projects and implementation of policies
• Regulatory and Statutory Compliance Management:
• Drive the compliance and the policies to ensure that the Business unit is always compliant and audit ready.
• Vendor management – manage procurement of IT and non-IT services and goods.
• Others/Misc – Support leadership for any ad-hoc reports and presentations
• Locations Logistics Compliance including STPI and SEZ
• Large Internal Social Gatherings- Complete end to end Logistics Support
• Procurement single point of contact, interfacing with internal and external customers
• Operations support for space and Facilities at location and logistics arrangements.
• Physical Asset Management (Receiving, allocation, tracking ad disposal) IT & Non-IT products.
• To handle additional operations related activities based on requirement basis and as a backup on need basis.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5 years’ experience in Business Operations
• 5 years of direct experience in project management, leading programs, projects, or operations in a global team or multi location teams
• Experience in establishing / improving processes to bring efficiency and productivity to Business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Excellent Leadership skills and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to track multiple tasks and timely reporting
• Ability to take initiative and operate independently
• Strong Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
