In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a contract life cycle management (CLM) implementation consultant who can help us with the end-to-end implementation of a CLM solution for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting workshops, designing, and building the solution, testing, and deploying it, and providing post-go-live support. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with the clients and the internal team, and manage the project scope, timeline, and budget. Understand the client’s business requirements and objectives for CLM. Conduct workshops and interviews with the client’s stakeholders to gather and document the functional and technical specifications. Design and configure the CLM solution according to the best practices and the client’s needs. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solution. Deploy the solution to the production environment and provide post-go-live support and training. Manage the project deliverables, risks, issues, and changes. Communicate effectively with the client and the internal team throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular status updates and reports to the project manager and the client.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field. At least 3-15 years of experience in IT implementation project, CLM implementation experience will be preferred.
Experience with one or more CLM platforms such as Apttus, Icertis, Conga, or DocuSign, Sirion CLM. Knowledge of contract management processes, best practices, and industry standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel as required by the project.
Certification in CLM or project management is a plus.
