Your Role and Responsibilities

Who you are:

As a Contract Support Professional, you will be ensuring registration of signed customer contracts into IBM registration systems. Managing contractual billing and credit notes in the IBM billing systems. Managing and executing process simplification & Automation projects

What you’ll do:

As a Contract fulfillment professional, you will be responsible for the below but not limited to

• Contract Registration:

• Registration of signed contracts in IBM system for deals signed between Customer & IBM

• Read through the contract clauses and update the system requirements as per the IBM registration guidelines

• Validate all supporting documentations and fulfil system requirements for Registration

• Read all registration required documents, validate as per checklist, update the key fields in system for registration & also flag of inconsistencies if any

• Billing & Invoicing:

• Validate billing requests from the project team and cut invoices to customer as per the contractual obligations.

• Validate & process credit notes through the system as per contractual obligations

• Coordination

• Constant interaction with Bid Management, Opportunity owner, Contract Financial Analyst for all registration related activities

• Continuous interaction with Project team and

• System improvements and enhancements

• Should always have an eye to upgrade manual, monotonous & laborious work to more advanced automated method

• Work with systems team to upgrade any manual data entry activity to more efficient automated method

• Audit & Compliance & Training:

• Complying to contract audit requirements, organize & store documents for references

• Constant upgradation of tools & skills to perform at optimum level

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 7+ years of relevant Contract Management experience

• Experience of managing & coordinating with team outside the sphere of influence in a matrix organization set up

• Knowledge of IBM Billing systems & tools; CFTS, APCIS, PCL, IPPF, Gmax, Engage Support, Intelligent WorkFlow

• IT skills; basic knowledge of working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Handled workload management skills and an ability to work under pressure & within deadlines

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and balancing competing priorities.

• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work

• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management

• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
