Your Role and Responsibilities

The onboarding team is responsible for onboarding suppliers into the IBM system with the necessary compliance checks. They are also overall responsible for the PIF checks mandated by Trust and Compliance team for suppliers who work with the Government. Considering the steps involved and the level of checks they need to go through; the team works as a centralized unit to coordinate this for the whole of procurement. This team is also responsible to set up the supplier in the IBM systems for transactions too or any updates of supplier information. Understaffing in this team results in delays for PO creation affecting revenue to the Business units due to procurement delays.
