Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:

• As an IBM TRIRIGA Sr. Consultant you will apply your deep expertise in IBM TRIRIGA to come up with a solution for the customer using the tool. You will also have to ensure that the best practices prescribed for these products are implemented on the ground, for the customer. Based on your expertise and skills gained over the years, you will have to review and guide customers and IBM partners.
• Aside from participating in the above activities, you will apply your deep expertise in designing, running and monitoring the infrastructure to support IBM TRIRIGA applications on IBM / Private Cloud/Redhat.
• You will be conducting professional training as well as different courses in different Universities associated/collaborated with IBM for executing joint program.
• As a senior consultant you will have responsibility towards services pre-sales activities also. You will be required to understand the customer requiremtn and create a SoW to be agreed with the customer.

What you’ll do:

• You will working with liason with product support or product offering management or product development in case a project is developing asset not part of original product features
• Aside from participating in the above activities, you will apply your deep expertise in designing, running and monitoring the infrastructure to support IBM TRIRIGA applications on IBM / Private Cloud/Redhat.
• You will be conducting professional training as well as different courses in different Universities associated/collaborated with IBM for executing joint program.
• As a senior consultant you will have responsibility towards services pre-sales activities also. You will be required to understand the customer requiremtn and create a SoW to be agreed with the customer.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience of 3+ years on IBM TRIRIGA
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Software Development is required.
• Basic database / SQL experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in database application programming (SQL, PL/SQL and SQL PL), database administration and performance tuning on DB2 for LUW or Oracle is required.
• Experience building software for SaaS and Continuous Delivery Techniques is desirable.
• Experience with troubleshooting internal or external customer environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment
• Demonstrates verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team
• Provide required client presentations including demos as per project requirement
• Understand the customer requirements from the entire solutioning perspective
• Works well in team : Mentoring junior resources in the team and helping them meet deadlines
• Ready to conduct organized training sessions for the project specific usecases or OOTB functionality
• Readiness to travel (75% )
• Any IBM certifications in IBM TRIRIGA is preferable

IBM TRIRIGA (3 or more skills from below areas)
Basic setup of environments or configuration in case of SAAS, work on integration and complete unit testing or detailed testing based on the project
1. Initial setup, configurations, operations and maintenance
a. Service management setup Corrective maintenance
b. Preventative maintenance Additional service management setup
c. Inventory management Facilities assessment
d. Work Task assignment
2. Capital Projects
a. Creating capital project, scheduling tasks, using project templates, creating cost codes
b. Organize documents Review designs
c. Create and manage budgets Procure materials and services
d. Manage issues and changes Track project administration
e. Ensure proper closeout Create programs with child programs or projects
f. any additional customizations or integration tasks
3. Leased and Owned Property Contract Management
a. Manage leases, Lease Administration
b. Track critical lease terms and dates
c. Manage rent and expenses Manage tenants and billing
d. Accounting Scheudles Journal Entry
4. Facilities: Space Management
a. Understanding facilities management
b. Using application settings Classifying space objects Managing spaces
c. Conducting space audits Requesting spaces
d. Planning and managing moves
e. Using web graphics
