Introduction

Our Infrastructure Specialists are responsible for keeping up with these latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Your understanding customer IT-DR for On-Prime/Off-Prime/Hybrid Infrastructure for the application
Your understanding DR-DRILL Manual RUN-BOOK, to map them into IBM Resiliency Orchestration solution(Sanovi DRM solution).
Perform updates, revisions
Materials subject to maintenance include : LLD,HDL, Solution Design/Approach document, Technical Reports , PPTs, FAQs, White papers, etc.
Develop Operational (or) technical training contents in the form of PPT presentations,
Demos and Webinars for the implementation landscape(customer environment).
Training audience will include Internal/Channel Partners/Customers.
Continue to develop Subject Matter expertise through external and internal training and excel as a technical evangelist in the latest Disaster Recovery area of expertise.
Engage with IBM Sales/Presales when required and provide subject matter expertise/demo’s and participates in sessions with Executive briefing with the customer. This involves briefing and discussion at Executive level. Along with key responsibility of implementing product on-site at customer place coordinating with customer/customers-vendors/partners.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong understanding of the Data Protection (Back-up & Recovery, BCP – DR, Storage Replication, Database Native Replications, Data Archival & Retention) for application workloads such as MS SQL, Exchange, Oracle, SAP, VMware, Hyper – V, azure, AWS Blumix etc.
Design document and deployment of end-end data management workflow is must.
