Your Role and Responsibilities

Skilled role with deep knowledge in audience segmentation, response routing and nurture programs that ensure digital campaigns drive revenue to the business. You will be responsible for: End to end campaign execution A/B Testing and Optimization Campaign reporting and Optimization Operations reporting and Optimization Data management and governance Email creation and execution Email deliverability Partner to define and deliver against OKRs.The Demand Automation Subject Matter Expert (SME) will collaborate cross-functionally to guide the strategy and building of integrated frameworks across the new Adobe platforms, lead various aspects of operational planning to scale digital programs, and drive marketing innovation. Design, develop and optimize omni-channel programs associated with the demand strategy requirements Determine the appropriate channel allocation to support the requirements of the business leaders

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Student from B-School with a master’s degree in marketing specialization.

• Should have good problem solving and analysing skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Collaborative mindset, eager to work within cross-functional teams and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
