Your Role and Responsibilities
Collaborate with SAP SF Design Leads & OffB SME’s, local in-country teams to review gap assessments
Document technical and business process requirements and articulate those with the technical team during localization.
Write and execute test cases for the business process in a timely manner and ensure proper sign off’s are documented.
Document all process changes into standard operating procedure documents including process maps, flow charts, training manuals, issue logs etc.
Hold business specific training session for the Offboarding delivery and SPO teams.
Ensure all new solution are aligned to the global template & deviations are signed off by the Global Process Owner.
Who you are:
This role liaison between the Offboarding process team and the technical team to deliver the correct business process mapping in the HRMS tool – SuccessFactor. They will be actively involved in understanding and documenting the as-is process, identifying gaps during localization, collaborate with process, legal, ER teams to document risks and process deviations to the global standard process, creating and completing UAT. This is NOT a technical position.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5-6 yrs of experience in HR operations, specifically delivering process improvement & transformation projects.
Experience in understanding and documenting country/region level process documentation.
Demonstratable experience of process optimization initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with experience in managing global stakeholders.
Good process presentations skills and hands-on knowledge of MS-Office tools like MS Excel & MS Word.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Project Management basics (technical expertise is not critical)
Familiar with HRMS sytems deployed on SAP SuccessFactors
Experience in cross functional HR process
Experience with Process / Program implementation within a region or globally
Familiar with Project management tools like Jira, Mural and Trello
