Your Role and Responsibilities

You are a key member of the product management / product success team.

In this role, you will develop industry-specific collateral and digital assets to drive seller and partner enablement and execution. This position will emphasize Financial Services and Banking industries, while also linking to related industries. You will be part of a team that defines and facilitates the execution of the GTM strategies across the product portfolio.

Responsibilities will include:

• Act as the industry Subject Matter Expert (SME), working with clients, partners and prospects to identity market requirements, opportunities, user problems and gaps tied to industry GTM goals.

• Key resource to define the industry specific strategies and corresponding benefits and value tied to Maximo, TRIRIGA, EIS and/or Envise.

• Key resource to work with Sales, Tech Sales, Marketing, and the broader PM teams to deliver industry specific enablement and market execution.

• Coordinate across the teams that build, market, sell, and deliver IBM solutions and offerings, driving the industry strategy across the portfolio.

• Define user experiences that are compelling and competitive to create ‘wow’ moments in the digital experience for new industry specific customer prospects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

2 years’ experience in each of the following:

• Industry familiarity in the following industry: Financial Services and Banking

• Understanding of supply chain and/or supplier data exchange domains.

• Proven ability to create compelling enablement materials (Presentations, Marketing Videos, Technical Documents)

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Proven interpersonal skills bridging the gap between technical and business focal.

• Experience working directly with clients and partners.

• Customer centricity (design thinking)

• Cross-functional collaboration, ability to influence.

• Experience with Agile.

• Strong communication skills.

• Empathy, integrity, and drive.

• Ability to execute.

• Analytical and ability to problem solve.

• Intellectual curiosity and passion.

• Strong technical background.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

3 years’ experience in each of the following:

• In depth industry domain expertise in Financial Services and Banking

• In depth industry knowledge of best practices and standards around track and trace.

• In depth knowledge of Sterling Supply Chain.

• Additional industry specific experience is a plus within one or more of the following: Retail, Agriculture

• Strong track record working with partners on joint solutions taken to market.

• In depth knowledge of SaaS.

• Understanding of agile product management process and continuous delivery models.

• Product ownership & growth (PDLC)

• Team Leadership Experience

• A/B testing at scale.

• Experience with funnel metrics

• Deep understanding of growth analytics

• Ability to roadmap and prioritize workload.

• Entrepreneurial & commercial mindset / background

• Ability to develop relationships.
