IBM Hiring for Project Manager: SAP HANA ADM at Gurgaon, India Full Time

Your Role and Responsibilities

• SAP Practice is seeking top talent with experience in managing SAP HANA ADM projects. The SAP Project Manager would possess the knowledge of the following topics and apply them to bring in value and innovation to client engagements:

• Application management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Demand & Capacity)

• Should have experience in Agile project management practice.

• Should have very good overview of SAP. Not necessarily hands on but should be able to organise team and resolve critical situation or complex requirements.

• Excellent financial management skills: Cost management, receivables, profitability analysis and reporting.

• Familiar with tools and technology necessary to manage SAP HANA ADM projects (Ticketing tool, monitoring tools, Demand/Capacity management tools, Monitoring tools and automation, SAP OSS, Project tracking etc.)

• Experience in 3rd party vendor management and liaison.

• Should be capable of handling small/medium size team.

• Should have worked in dynamic environment with mix of IBM and non-IBM teams.

• Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery.

• Capable of driving initiatives for base account growth, GP/productivity improvement through ticket analytics, automation, lean etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Overall industry experience of 12+ years

• Aware of application support transition methodology.

• Preferably from SAP Logistic or Finance background

• Proven consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services in a senior role

• Must have experience in ECC and HANA ADM Projects

• Hands on experience in Project Delivery Management

• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies

• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work

• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
