Your Role and Responsibilities

Performs functional, regression test, system testing and performance test.

Assist in writing / updating test cases and scenarios

Evaluate and test software bug fixes and features.

Understand the acceptance criteria of bug/user story and write test cases covering impacted and boundary areas.

Attends and participates in various Engineering meetings for the team

Manages test data using various tools such as Jenkins & GIT

Contributes to the development of new theories and methods for automation in QA

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Understanding of testing lifecycle in software development and different kind of testing.

Knowledge of some scripting technology.

Awareness of test automation framework like selenium

Basic ability to create/understand MySQL queries

Good to have knowledge around Docker and Kubernetes

Awareness of Linux or Unix commands, file handling operations

Awareness of any CICD tools.

Strong customer focus to ensure meeting customer requirements

Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
