Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Spectrum®Fusion HCI is a container-native hybrid cloud data platform for Kubernetes applications on Red Hat®OpenShift®Container Platform. It features an appliance form-factor, hyperconverged infrastructure along with integrated software-defined storage to meet the storage requirements of modern, stateful Kubernetes applications. IBM Spectrum Fusion HCI is designed to make it easy to deploy and manage container-native applications and their data on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.

IBM Spectrum Fusion HCI features:

• Bare-metal deployment of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform to eliminate performance and cost overhead of hypervisors
• Integrated software-defined cloud-native storage
• Integrated backup and restore of application persistent volumes and metadata to both on-rack and off-rack backup targets
• High performance, low latency NVMe local storage

Responsibilities:
The Cloud Developer is a key role in the growing and dynamic IBM Storage organisation. As a developer for IBM Spectrum Fusion HCI (ISF) product, you will be focused on development and support of the storage component of ISF and interfacing with product management, development teams across locations, and end users, to solve complex problems. You may have leadership responsibility of tracking work for 1 or more people and giving them technical direction.
You will be part of a strong, modern team culture driven to create world-class development and deployment environments, delivering an industry leading user experience for our customers. Working out of a modern office in the heart of the city, you will be valued for your contributions in a rapidly growing organization with dynamic opportunities. Each day, you will attend daily team scrums and project meetings to make important contributions in the development and architecture of automated solutions to continue building and optimizing our cloud and deployment infrastructure.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5-12 years of IT experience
• Expert in delivering code for system level programming/ Cloud projects./Microservices,/Cloud Native Applications,
• Strong programming experience in GoLang/Ansible/ C programming/Java Development.
• Hands on experience working on KVM and System Programming in Linux or OCP
• Experience in Docker /Kubernetes programming.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• We are looking for development experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Storage, Networking,Compute
