Job Description
1. Establish and manage power electronics projects for Electric & Hybrid Electric (BEV/HEV) from concept through to prototype validation, subsequently assist production ramp. 2. Lead a team of power electronics engineers, technically review the designs and steer the team to achieve project and product objectives. 3. Drive and track the progress of the project to ensure meeting customer requirements, milestone/deadline commitments. 4. Perform risk assessment, bring in mitigation measures and ensure quality assurance. 5. Cross-functional stakeholder management such as supply chain and operations, PCB layout, reliability, system, safety, manufacturing plant, and end customers/ OEs.
