Local Language Speaking Skills is a must and mandatory.
Candidates from Telecom, Banking, NBFC, credit card sales and pharma will be preferred only.

KRA & Duties and Responsibilities & Skills and Competencies Details:

Sales of Health policies of through the agency model.
Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory. Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
Salary : Fixed as per JD and incentive where in a candidate can earn upto 60-80K per month.
Travelling allowance: 3500/-
Interview process: telephonic, F2F and final discussion same day. 1-day entire process will be completed.
Document collection: list will be given (Education, employment, EVA form, 3 months’ salary slip or 6 months bank statement, relieving letter.
Declaration in case of no relieving letter. Ex-employees can be considered with 6 months cooling period.
FIELD SALES is mandatory .
Distribution exp mandatory .
Graduation mandatory.

CTC Bracket:
HA1: – Associate Development Manager – 2.40 – 2.99 lpa
HA2: – Development Manager 3.00 – 3.49 lpa
HA3: – Sr. Development Manager 3.50 – 3.99 lpa
HA4: – Relationship Manager 4.00 – 5.00 lpa
HA5:- Sr. Relationship Manager > 5.00 – 6.00 lpa

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹16,666.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
