Job Description

Manage a team of high performing digital growth hackers and deliver required business KPIs like traffic, leads and cost.
Lead the content strategy by:
o Developing marketing communication & collaterals across all channels
o Analysing communication success based on benchmarks of a medium
o Preparing a communication calendar and deliver accordingly
o Helping the team to write marketing briefs.
Lead and prepare go to market strategies from communication point of view for product/ category line of business
Understand business requirements of the stakeholders, define clear objectives, manage day to day interactions & build consensus
Sustain and evolve demand generation ecosystem through:
o Paid digital channels like Display, DV 360, Social
o Organic channel and inbound material
o Website landing pages
o Digital video
Lead and build analytics capabilities by:
o Developing models through internal & external data science agencies
o Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities
Carefully handle large marketing budgets.
Sustain and evolve external agencies through deliveries and negotiations
Keep Devising next set of growth strategies
Create visibility for top management through timely updates and presentations
