Overview:

The Jr. Systems Admin/Application Operations role is a support role in the Corporate Technology and Security organization at iCIMS that is designed to provide administrative support across our talent, financial and legal applications. This role will assist the product owners in the management of support tickets across all systems, ensuring that they are completed within SLA’s and ensuring that stakeholders needs are met. Helping design, test and implement new system integrations. Help develop custom reports and data analysis.

Responsibilities:
Work with senior product owners to handle support tickets and other functions.
Develop and maintain custom reports, configurations, and permissions.
Assist in testing of product releases to ensure that current functionality is not affected by upcoming changes.
Support all end user requests and provide issue resolution for system’s internal users.
Partner with business to update system related documentation and training materials to reflect changes implemented in process and/or system functionality due to releases or configuration changes.
Keep the business informed on the status of in progress activities through weekly/monthly dashboards.
Ensure business change management policy, defined by the department, is implemented on all major changes made to the application to stay compliant with SOC and ISO 27001 certifications.
Participate in testing and validating system fixes and enhancements and assisting with user acceptance testing.
Consistently ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience administering enterprise systems required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Xcel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willing to learn administrative functions on multiple systems across legal, financial, and talent businisses.
Ability to work independently, while being a collaborative member of the team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems or resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive data.
Preferred:
Knowledge of NetSuite, UKG, iCIMS ATS, DocuSign, ServiceNow preferred
