Icon Media House Hiring For Event Coordinator at Chennai, Tamil Nadu Full Time

We are in the process of setting up a virtual Tamil summit and Film Festival.

We are looking for an exceptional Event manager who has successfully run virtual events and has the knowledge to manage virtual events,Some of the things you’ll be doing:

Coordinating and executing all on-site experiences

Ensuring all experiences progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy on action items and/or timelines

Identifying operational challenges associated with his/her/their group and determine how to best work with stakeholders to solve these challenges and/or develop alternative solutions

Continually improving experiences by integrating obtained feedback and personal judgment into action plans

Managing departmental inventories and equipment upkeep

Sourcing, securing, and collaborating with 3rd party vendors

Conducting vendor invoice reviews to ensure billing accuracy and timely payment

Serving as a liaison and virtual contact for the event, as well as, external vendors
