Job Description

• Build an offshore Administration team to support the Middle East business, ensuring very high levels of service at all times
• Recruiting, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action as necessary.
• Develop procedures and workflows to drive efficiency
• Continuously identify additional requirements, to expand the support given to the wider business
• Manage services and processes to meet the needs of the business, ensuring consistency across the Middle East support teams.
• Work with the Head of Premises and Admin (based in the Middle East) to implement best practices & increase efficiencies across workflows
• Implement & manage SLA’s across the support team, to ensure services are delivered in a timely manner to the business
• Support the quarterly forecasting activities to input into the Admin & Premises budgets
• Ensure compliance with our HSE and Quality standards, driving this through the team
• Champion our Way of Working across the wider business
• Manage and lead the admin team and their development ensuring a high performing and engaged team
• Manage schedules and deadlines
