Ideamagix Hiring for Accounts and Administration at India Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing administrative activities and maintenance of procurement.

• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.

• Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.

• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

• Budgeting and cost control measures, monitoring and reviewing budget vis, and vis variance.

• Assisting the department in project management and cost optimization

• Contracts management. Cost control and ensuring timely implementation of the project.

• Coordinate with CA Firm for timely Finalization of P&L, Balance Sheet coordinating with CA for statutory audit & Income Tax scrutiny matters.

• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Should be qualified as a graduate or equivalent with the knowledge of basic computer skills.

• Should have a good personality with a positive approach and an ability to work in a team.

• Managerial Skills, Proactive, Enthusiastic, and should take ownership of work.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
