Role Description

As a Technical Support team member, you’ll be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and clients that we serve across the globe. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues over the phone, email and chat, maintaining customer and client satisfaction, and updating support tickets. This is a full-time on-site role that requires working in a rotational shift pattern to provide 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support role
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of customer issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of operating systems, networking protocols, and internet technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and customers
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• .Knowledge of VoIP and contact center support
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
