Roles & Responsibilities:
‘Key responsibilities:
‘- Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, jira ploug-ins, Jira Service Desk)

Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needsWork with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, etc.Devise, test, and deploy integration’s between Atlassian products and other internal tool chainsConduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and also briefing the team/s on new functionalities.Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence usagePrompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier supportTroubleshooting the problems in Jira3 years’ experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk)Strong knowledge and familiarity with JQLWorking knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologiesExperience extending Atlassian products via code development is preferableExperience directly integrating Atlassian products with other systems is preferableKnowledge of script runner is a plus
Secondary Responsibilities :
‘- Develop advanced workflows using Validation, condition, post function and Triggers.

Integrating Jira projects with other products like SVN, GIT and Crucible repositoriesMigrating projects and data from on-Prem Jira to Cloud JiraSupporting DevOps and Release Management activities across Orgs
Key Success Metrics:
‘- TAT for Jira issue resolutions / Change Request
