Role/Job Title: Lead- Operations and Audit ( Gold Loan)
Business: Retail Banking
Function/ Department: Gold Loan
Place of work: HO
Roles & Responsibilities:
‘a) Recruit Manpower PAN INDIA basis which are proficent in conducting packet audit on a monthly basis by visiting the location.
b) Ensuring the auditors are trained time to time basis and we get them good inputs on assesing Gold valuations
c) Ensure proper systematic checks are done on a monthly basis to evaluate the stock of Gold lying in branches
d) Ensuring adequate insurance of Gold packets – Branch wise for both Urban and rural products
e) Designing the flow of Audit Journey on proposed SFDC syetm for better checks and Reconcilliantion.
f) Ensuring SOP in place for valuation, and gold operations related points for staring new location/Geographies.
g) Prepare a Quaterly calender for branch audit and circulate it to the seniors. Ensure all the scheduled branches are covered in the same
h) Conduct trainings for External/internal valuers on Monthly basis for smooth audit.
i) Verify records and registers maintained at branch for monitoring, supervision, administrative and HR related aspects.
j) Identification, Investigation and reporting of frauds/misappropriation in any.
k) Conduct compliance checks and report for any deviations.:
Secondary Responsibilities:
‘a) Proficent in MS – Word /Excel and power point
b)Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situation.
c) Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel across the region on short notice.
d) Carrying out ad-hoc activities as per the requirement of the department.
