Roles & Responsibilities

‘1. Responsible for ensuring achievement of budgets assigned to the state he will be managing.

• Responsible for acquiring NTB institutional clients in Govt, Financial Institutions, Corporates and TASC segments for the Bank in the assigned state / geography through self or through team.
• Managing existing relationships and ensuring best of services and deepening in their relationship value.
• Knowledge and understanding of CMS, various electronic payment solutions, government agency business, basic understanding of trade and forex is desirable.
• Develop superior working relationship with branches in the assigned geography for effective customer acquisition, servicing and deepening.
• Ensure necessary product training, proposals to the team members and branches in coordination with product team.
• Ensure performance metrics of RM-RI are met with

Secondary Responsibilities

‘- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers

• Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
• Manage a team of Relationship Managers – Retail Institutions, taking responsibility of their development and attrition
• Develop and implement livelihood advancement and community development initiatives

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

‘- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure

• Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements
• Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support

Key Success Metrics

Customer Acquisition targets, Cross sell targets
