As administration manager you will be overseeing the function and will be responsible for overall people experience of the workplace. You will lead the team to complete a range of administrative duties including but not restricted to budgeting, facility and housekeeping management, event planning and management, travel management, vendor and asset management, liasioning with key government officials.

Job Responsibilities:Planning, coordinating, and organizing office & admin operations and systems and devising ways to streamline processesBuilding an A-class team and providing leadership to the teamEnsuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operationsOrganizing and supervising other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)Also, ensuring 24×7 secure, safe and conducive working atmospheres to all the employees and will ensure zero down time of the facilityAccurate reporting and providing practical cost-effective solutionsAccountable for Internal & External AuditDeveloping and Implementing office policies and standard operating systems (SOP) to guide the office operationsCorporate relations, Managing senior stakeholders and Asset ManagementTravel Management (Online & offline) for both domestic & International through travel desk, managing approvals, bookings including accommodationProcurement Management – Includes but not limited to Office stationery & housekeeping procurement, timely renewal of contracts, ensuring smooth working of AC’s, fire alarm system, fire extinguishers, water purifier, pest control, security, housekeeping and other admin servicesFacility Management – In-depth understanding of office management & daily operations, Infrastructure management, manage security & housekeeping staff, oversee cafeteria operations, Responsible for repairs/maintenance of all company properties, resolve issues with societies and liaising with government authorities and adhere to compliances according to shops & establishment act, co-ordination for electricity, telephone & Internet etc. servicesVendor Management – Gathering quotations, vendor negotiations, managing expense & invoicesSkills Required:
