Responsibilities:

1. Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures and operations (ensure team follows the SOPs)
2. Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
3. Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
4. Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
5. Oversee money transactions, invoicing, and accounting
6. Employ means to control company costs
7. Generate operations reports
8. Devise profitable strategies for businesses basis extensive market and competitive landscape research
9. Monitor and manage expenses incurred by various departments like HR, sales, technology, accounts, etc. within the established budget including reviewing and payment of bills and invoices
10. Track long term sales data and receivables
11. Coordinate/Follow up with Ssles team/clients for timely payment of receivables
12. Generate invoices for clients in coordination with Sales Team
13. Manage general office operational tasks and expenses
14. Monitor and assist with customer retention
15. Assist with account management in coordination with sales team

Educational Qualifications:

1. B.Tech/BE graduates/MCA/BCA/B.sc(IT)

2. Candidates should be either 2019, 2020 or 2021 passed out

Contract length: 6 months

Job Types: Internship, Fresher

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
