Job Description
We are looking for an HR Admin Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven work experience as an HR executive or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
Experienced in conflict resolution processes
Solid communication skills
BSc/MSc/MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Role & Responsibility
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Organize and maintain personnel records
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
Manage employees grievances
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current
