About The Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize the executive’s calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Proactively anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional professionalism in all interactions. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding to them promptly on behalf of the executive.
• Documentation and Correspondence: Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established formats. Maintain a comprehensive and organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
• Meeting Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, conferences, and other special projects as assigned. Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support as needed.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. Represent the executive in a professional and courteous manner.
