Job Description
- organising and coordinating the examination process under the direction of the immediate supervisor.
- preparing and distributing theory/ practical examination timetable; printing and ensuring timely issuance of hall ticket.
- coordinating exam room / practical lab availability and organising seating arrangements and preparing attendance sheets.
- resolving any scheduling conflicts.
- coordinating the storage and delivery of question papers and answer scripts.
- ensuring security measures are in place and maintained.
- preparing and displaying of final result and examination related notification(s) and sending the grade reports to students.
- distributing degrees/ transcript certificates to students.
- coordinating with the university regarding all processes related to examinations and registration.
- assisting in online examination conduction as per requirement.
- keeping informed about the examination rules and regulations applicable for different batches and communicating to students.
