1. Require a pleasant personality to work as a counselor for Students and help them understand the importance of Distance learning courses.
2. Must be a good listener and be trained in matching candidate needs to a future career.
3. Academic counselor is responsible for helping shape Students minds with care and affection and not with the use of force.
4. Providing proper information with regards to the courses and other procedures.
5. Getting business by convincing Student for the same
6. Maintaining a good relationship with the students and keeping a track of their status.
