For this role we believe you have a:

• University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or
• Retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service experience
• Confident and clear communication on English both written and verbal
• Excellent computer skills and high proficiency on Microsoft Office
• Proven analytical and numeric skills and the ability to identify and address required actions
• Experience in problem-solving and process improvement

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to a seamless customer experience with an effective and efficient replenishment process by supporting the following: The right element of stock structure. The stock accuracy management process. Correct need planning parameters for the store. Smooth range change processes. Precision of operational forecast. Implementation of actions connected to Commercial calendar, local activities, peak planning, and sales steering.

YOU WILL

• Responsible for all range administration and operational supply-related topics in the store, being the main contact partner both for the store Commercial team and the country Replenishment team.
• Contribute to successful implementation of actions connected to Commercial calendar, local activities, peak planning and sales steering, being an active partner in the execution of the planning process and securing correct system updates according to decided ways of working.
• Contribute with monitoring and addressing deviations to secure precision of the operational forecast compared to the actual sales in the store to secure the right demand.
• Responsible to monitor and actively work with current and future deviations to secure the agreed range frame together with relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for securing the most optimal settings within the areas of forecasting and calculations, assessing the impact of the different fulfilment flows and effects on store parameters.
• Contribute to secure an effective, qualitative and efficient goods flow process in the store, providing information regarding changes in future flows to relevant stakeholders within the Sales and Goods Flow team.
• Handle the range change process regarding forecasting, sales space parameters, expected sales start and outgoing quantities, working closely with the store Commercial team.
• Responsible to secure the stock accuracy process, executing the inventory process, analysing the outcome, identifying/defining root causes and addressing stock discrepancies.
• Responsible to conduct analyses of the different elements of the stock structure and address optimization potentials to relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible to provide necessary follow-ups and analysis for the Commercial team in the store, by working with the agreed global Sales and Supply Support Key Performance Indicators.
